Powers/AbilitiesEdit

• Human Disguise: Alien Chibull can disguise himself as an old man.
• Badges: Alien Chibull has strange badges that can make simple objects like toys have some life of their own and even make them dangerous weapons. When Android Zero Directive was carried out the carriers of these objects would be subject to Alien Chibull's mind control.
• Android Zero: Alien Chibull can use the Android Zero for infiltration purposes. This android is armed with with a strong electric shock from the palms and fingers and can jam communication devices.
• Levitation: Alien Chibull can levitate to move.

An alien from an unknown world, Chibull or Chiburu, was an old man who sold toys. The Ultra Garrison were doing their normal patrol. Until, they encountered a woman with blonde hair. Later, they found some little devise. The next day, they saw an old man selling toys with the devise. They tracked him to an toy shop, where he revealed his plan. He planned to mind control the children into using the toys as real weapons. Then along with his robots, they would all kill the humans! Dan became Ultraseven after his teamate was knocked out from the toy tanks. He chased them to the top of the building. Ultraseven fired the emerium beam at Android Zero, disabling her. As a last resort, the old man transformed into his true form. After a short fight, Ultraseven killed Chibull.

It is unknown how he got to Earth.

It is also unknown if he was invading Earth.

It is unknown if he is the last of his kind.
