Elly is the android of DASH. She explains alerts from Koko, a robotic ball, and makes queries concerning kaiju. Over the series she grows more human, showing emotions such as anger and a growing attraction for her teammate Koba.
History
Elly was the Android operator of DASH, obtaining information on kaiju and giving advice on how to defeat them. She often wondered about human emotions. In cases where monsters would affect humans negatively, such as the memory loss of those around Mike, Kuro, and Tama, she remained the only one unaffected.
In the end of the series she is seen with white hair as she bids goodbye to the next generation, who are going into space.
