Menjura are a race of aliens that appeared in the TV series, Ultraman Tiga. They appeared in episode 48.

Ultraman Tiga[]
The Menjura were a race of aliens who had planned for an invasion of earth. Their first attack was on TPC's moon base, Garowa. There, the Menjura took the forms of Captain Hayate and Corporal Kishinaga, cocooning them and using their identities to frame them for destroying Garowa. Once the Menjura arrived on Earth in the forms of the Corporal, they began taking the forms of several other people, including the Inspector General, the Staff Officer, and even Captain Iruma of GUTS, all while GUTS themselves began to grow increasingly suspicious of the impostor's choice of actions. Once Obake (a survivor of Menjura's attack on the moon base Garowa) arrived at GUTS's HQ, he exposed the Menjuras' true identity, forcing the surviving Menjura (still in their disguises) to escape with a hijacked jet from GUTS.
Daigo transformed into Ultraman Tiga and chased down the jet with the Menjura aliens inside of it. After blasting the jet and forcing it to crash in an Oil Refinery, the Menjura combined into its monstrous giant form, blasting Tiga down as well. The twin Menjuras quickly overpowered Tiga with its array of weapons and double teaming, but once Obake and GUTS arrived to assist the Ultra, the odds were evened for both side. Ultimately, both Tiga, TPC, and GUTS managed to destroy the Menjura with a combination of Tiga's Zeperion Beam, and the gunfire of GUTS and TPC. Fugitive from The Moon

Menjura/Libra's entry
- Suit actors: Toshio Miyake, Ryuki Kitaoka
- Menjura, under the first name of Libra (リーブラ Rībura) was originally one of the entries for a children's drawing contest where children submitted their original monsters to appear in the series. Taraban won first place while Libra/Menjura was second place.
- As per a statement from the contest, the design was changed to what is in the show, being made into more a homage of Pestar along with its battle taking place in an oil refinery. However, numerous elements from the original design were kept, such as the twin bodies linked by a central arm with a power core.
- Menjura's roar is an enhanced Melba roar.

- Human Disguise: While they are small, Menjura can take the form of humans they encounter up close.
- Webbing: While they are small, Menjura can emit a stream of webbing from their mouths and can cocoon a victim in seconds. Only used in their disguise.

- Midsection Cannon: Menjura can fire orange blasts from the midsection connecting their bodies, they can vary between being small that can be fired in rapid succession, or larger and more powerful but that a slower blast rate
- Electric Shock: When holding a victim, Menjura can send an electric current through their body while they are in their grasp.
- Separation: The two monsters and function individually after being split apart.
- Chest Blade: The silver half is capable of extending the blade in its chest at sharper and more dangerous lengths for combat.
- Flame: The gold half can fire a stream of flames from its chest by having the spikes on its chest touch together.
- Strength: A single large Menjura was capable of throwing Tiga one-handed.
