History[]

Dinosaur Expedition Born Free[]

A hungry Pteranodon suddenly appeared seemingly out of nowhere, and the massive flying reptile first attacked the poachers before trying to eat a baby Triceratops. The flying reptile was confronted by the Born Free in their helicopter and quickly retreated. Save the Baby Dinosaur!

The Pteranodon was seen after the sandstorm, but it flew away once the Born Free got too close. After the Born Free successfully captured the Triceratops, the Pteranodon tried to finish it off, but the Born Free didn't let it. They shot the Pteranodon with anesthetics, and it fell to the ground, and together with the Triceratops, was transported to the Island of Sarlon. Masao and the Baby Dinosaur

Another Pteranodon attacked the Born Free members coming to rescue the rest of their group, but after a few gunshots, it flew off to the top of the plateau, where it fought the Gorgosaurus. After the Born Free members climbed to the top of the plateau, they scared the Pteranodon away. A Hungry Gorgosaurus

After capturing the Gorgosaurus, the Born Free returned to get the Pteranodon as fires started raging around the area it was seen. Unable to travel in their usual vehicle cause of all the mud they could get stuck in, they headed out in a helicopter instead. They found an injured Pteranodon on the ground, unable to take flight when they got attacked by its mate, which knocked them out of the sky. Soon after, the poachers appeared in their helicopter, but the healthy Pteranodon viciously defended its mate and managed to fend the attack off, but at a dangerous cost. It broke its wing in the process and fell to the rapidly approaching fires. As the fires inched closer, the Born Free members helped the injured Pteranodon take off, saving it from danger. After they managed to escape, the Pteranodon was captured with a net.

In its new home on Sarlon island, the Pteranodon quickly got back on form and watched the other animals from the island's tallest peaks. Fly Pteranodon!
