Guinje (グインジェ) is a robot belonging to Alien Srayu in Ultraman Cosmos.

History

Ultraman Cosmos

Sometime ago, the Alien Srayu decided that any planets that became a potential threat to them must be destroyed. With Earth as their target, they send Lamia, a representative of them to brought the planet annihiliating robot Guinje to Earth. Once arrived, the JADF forces attack Guinje, with the jet vanishes and drops a escape pod that contains an unconcious Lamia. While under the care of SRC, Lamia awakens a week later and escapes. When she tried to activated Guinje, a group of youngsters stole the key from her and ran away while unintentionally activating the robot killer. It emerges from a building after undergo a camouflage and transform from ship mode to robot mode. The robot was proven a challenge where it can withstand the assault from JADF forces and Ultraman Cosmos. Doctor Noboru returns the Guinje's key to her and orders the alien to deactivate the robot but only for his words to fell on deaf's ears. JADF forces approaches the girl as one of them accidentally fires a pistol but Dr. Noboru takes the blow from the pistol instead to defend Lamia. Witnessing the doctor's bravery of saving her, Lamia embraces and heals him, changing her view towards mankind and deactivated Guinje while departed away from Earth.

  • Pincer Claw: Guinje is equipped with a pincer claw for its left hand. He can use this claw to pinch enemies tightly even after disassemble himself.
