Shout! Factory is an American DVD licensing company founded in 2003 and based in Los Angeles, California. Chaiyo granted them distribution rights to Ultra Q and Ultraseven. On December 11, 2012, they released a 6-disc box set of the classic 1967 Ultra TV series Ultraseven. They have also released Ultra Q. Shout! Factory is also known for providing Power Rangers and Super Sentai DVD releases.
In July 2020, Shout!Factory announced that they had struck a deal with Mill Creek and Tsuburaya Productions to air select Ultraman series and shows on their TokuShoutsu service starting November.

- The Ultraseven DVD has a bad reputation of having long subtitles that only appear on screen for a few micro seconds.
- The Ultra Q DVD box set episode of The Devil Child is presented as a slide show as Chaiyo could not provide Shout! with a better copy.
- Their stream of Ultraman Leo sometimes has subtitles that overlap into a jumbled mess.
