As part of the Super Warrior of Light Series, Ultraman Victory was released as the seventh figure. Like all toys from this series, his eyes and Color Timer shines and even had a Live Sign for the user to play with it as a Spark Doll.
Ultra Action Figure Ultraman Victory is a 15-cm action figure with 17 points of articulation, complete with poseable 2+2 index-to-pinky fingers. He is also the last UAF to feature pinned rivets on the elbow and knee joints, as recent UAFs since Ultraman Taiga utilizes POM pins instead.

Released as part of the 8th Chodo α (Alpha) line, this Ultraman Victory is a palm-sized (3.75 inch) action figure with 10+ points of articulation, with a new set of hip joints to match the Chodo α (Alpha) standard, allowing for more posing flexibility. Like all of the Shodo/Chodo figures, Victory features mostly minimal paint operations for the sake of the lineup's cost. Victory also includes the King Joe Launcher that can attach onto his right forearm.
Unlike most of the figures in this wave, Victory has no specific extra accessory included in the Expansion Parts set.
