• Two versions of the song are featured in Ultraman Saga, included in its OST.
  • A version sang by Sumire Sato (Risa Ozaki of Team U) used during her remembering Shin Asuka.
  • A version sang by Takeshi Tsuruno (Shin Asuka) used during Dyna, Cosmos and Zero's battle against the Gigant Hyper Zetton.
• Lisa's version of the song was used in episode 88 of New Ultraman Retsuden.
• A cover by the song's original composer, Toshihiko Takamizawa, simply titled Save Your Heart, was released as the secondary track of the ULTRA STEEL CD. A variation of this cover mixing elements of the Saga rendition and featuring additional vocals by Takeshi Tsuruno, named Kimi Dake o Mamoritai 2013, was used as the ending theme for Fierce Battle! Ultraman Takamiy.
• A cover by Voyager was used as the opening theme of Ultraman Chronicle D.
• Asuka's version was used during the Ultraman Connection Live: Ultraman Day 2022 event as Dyna, Cosmos and Zero fused into Ultraman Saga.

Other Versions

• THE ALFEE, the band which Takamizawa is a part of, released a cover of the song, with the added prefix in the title of "SAVE YOUR HEART ~", in 1998 as part of their album Nouvelle Vague.
• Takeshi Tsuruno had previously covered the song and released as a single in 2009.
