Tyrannodon is a Kaiju introduced in the series, Fireman.

History

Fireman

One day a series of icebergs from the Antarctic was spotted near the Japanese coastline. The Scientific Attack Force investigated the icebergs, briefly being trapped within them only to escape. Tyrannodon awakens as he is angered by the plants he likes to eat are absent in the area due to multiple bomb testing in his habitat. The Scientific Attack Force was attacked by the monster after ramming into its head with their submarine and was easily thrown around once Tyrannodon grabbed it. The Self Defense Force launched an aerial assault only for their fighters to be shot down by its heat ray. Before long Tyrannodon rampaged on dry land, forcing Misaki to become Fireman. The two giants clashed, Fireman having the upper hand due to Tyrannodon's slow reaction time. The dinosaur was soon destroyed by a Fire Flash, decapitating and blowing Tyrannodon up.

• Tyrannodon's roar is a reused Jiger's roar from Gamera vs Jiger.
