Unreleased

• Ultraman Zero (Ultra Zero Fight)

A variant of the renewal ULTRA-ACT Ultraman Zero mold with newly-molded mantle is displayed at TAMASHII NATION 2012. Unfortunately, plans to to release this figure never went beyond this announcement, as the entire ULTRA-ACT line is replaced by S.H.Figuarts.

"Ultimate Armament Ultimate Zero" is a poseable action figure that features a similar construction with the Ultra Hero Alpha/Action Hero Series toy. He also comes with the Ultimate Aegis, which can convert into "Final Ultimate Zero", or separate into individual armor to mount onto Zero.

In 2013, Bandai China re-released the figure for their markets in slightly different packaging, and then released again in 2016 with newer packaging to commemorate the franchise's 50th anniversary. This release is also one of the few items to be counterfeited by a bootleg company named "Sun Day", so buyer beware.

The action figure was also redecoed into two figures, StrongCorona Zero (packed with Armored Darkness) and LunaMiracle Zero (packed with Mecha Gomora), both PRC exclusives. The original figure is also released without any of the Ultimate Aegis armaments, in an individual Ultra Hero Series (2009)-styled packaging in 2011 to commemorate the premiere of Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy Legends The Movie in China's theaters in May 13, 2011.

Bandai China release (50th anniversary edition

Ultra Hero 500

Ultra Hero 500 Ultraman Zero is a smaller-sized (14cm) figure. Zero also features a molded Ultimate Brace on his left arm, and he features a Live Sign that is compatible with the DX Ginga or Dark Sparks. If scanned, the device will call out "Ultra/DarkLive! Ultraman Zero!", followed by one of his grunts, though either of the device's face hatches will not open. Zero is also compatible with the DX Victory Lancer.

Although the figure's details seem to be entirely painted, one notable omission is the silver paint seen on the back of his head.

Along with the rest of the Ultra Hero 500 figures, Ultraman Zero is rebranded as an Ultra Hero Series figure, omitting the stamp on his leg and replacing the round Ultra Hero 500 card with a rounded rectangle Ultra Hero Series card.

Ultraman Zero can attach with the Zero Mantle accessory, which can be obtained by buying either him or Ultraman Zett during the "Ultra Zero Mantle Get! Campaign", starting from June 6.

Released as part of the 6th Shodo VS Ultraman line, this Ultraman Zero is a 3.75 (10cm) action figure with 16 points of articulation and interchangeable hands, which is needed to be trimmed off from the runner. Like all candy toys, Zero comes with a soda-flavored gum. He also comes with a support stand that doubles as storage for the hands.

The Slugger-less head and the Zero Twin Sword from this wave's Expansion Parts set can be used on this figure.

4 years later, the Ultra Action Figure Ultraman Zero is re-released in Japan, and like the China exclusive Deluxe Edition above, he also features additional accessories such as the Ultra Zero Mantle, the Ultra Zero Lance, the Zero Twin Sword, and the Dimensionizer accessory. Though unlike the previous releases of the mold, this Zero features POM pins instead of riveted ones. Despite similarities with the first Bandai China release of the original mold, the Zero Twin Sword in this figure is newly-molded.

Ultraman Zero (Ultra Zero Mantle Set) is the first Japanese-exclusive UAF to be released in windowed box packaging used for the China exclusive Deluxe Edition figures.

Subsequent releases of the character will used this mold.

The Ultimate Shining Ultraman Zero is also released as part of the Ultra Action Figure line, with a wearable Ultimate Aegis and a forearm blade, though the armor accessory is incapable of converting into the Final Ultimate Zero configuration.

While compatible with the Ultraman Zero molds, the Ultimate Aegis can mount onto most of the UAF figures, which includes X. Take note that the armor loosely connects with the other UAFs compared to Zero.

Armed Ultraman Zero is released exclusive for PRC's Toys"R"Us stores.

Released as an exclusive for the EDION Corporation retail stores in Japan, this UAF Ultraman Zero is a redeco of the Ultra Zero Mantle Set version of the mold, in his "Wild Burst" form.

Released as part of the new Entry Grade lineup, this model kit of Ultraman Zero is a buildable, non-poseable statue, with color-separated parts. The only action feature is his color timer, which can be switched from blue to red and back. His pair of Ultra Eyes are also molded in translucent plastic. He only features stickers on the rear head and his back.

The bio incorrectly depicts his father's name as "Ultraman Seven".

Chodo

The Ultra Zero Lance, a boulder, and a Pigmon mini-figurine from this wave's Expansion Parts set can be used on their respective figures.
