Ultra Hero X Ultraman X is a 14-cm soft vinyl figure with 3 points of articulation on the arms and legs. His left foot also comes with a Live Sign, compatible with the DX X Devizer toy (or previous roleplay items such as the Ginga Spark or Victory Lance). The figure also comes with his own Cyber Card.

Ultra Big Sofubi Ultraman X is a larger version of the Ultra Hero X figure that stands 230mm tall, and he features more paint applications, though several of the rear details are omitted.

In Asian and Korean markets, X is packaged in a windowed box.

Released as part of the second and last wave of Gashapon Ultra Hero 500 & Ultra Monster 500 line, this Ultraman X is a small figure with a live sign stamped underneath his left foot, and he is molded in his Xanadium Beam pose.

Unlike the previous wave's Mirror Knight and Mother of Ultra, X is properly scaled with the rest of the Ultra Hero 500/X/Orb/Series (2016) figures. To fit onto the capsule, X comes disassembled, requiring the buyer to reassemble them.

This S.H.Figuarts iteration of Ultraman X is a 15cm collectible action figure with multiple points of articulation. Aside from the interchangeable hands and color timer, X also comes with a set of Gomora Armor pieces to snap on with. To accommodate with the armor, certain pieces such as the chest protector and the shoulder armors must be swapped first.

The Ultimate Aegis armor from the Tamashii Webshop exclusive "Ultimate Aegis/Ultraman Zero Armor Option Set" can mount onto this figure. This figure is also used to make the Ultraman X Darkness & Darkness Gomora Armor set.

The matte finish used on the silver paint is prone to photodegradation if displayed in a dark area for a very long time.

The re-release of the original SHF Ultraman X mold features a newly-sculpted head, a glossy silver paint replacing the flat silver used on the original, and a Xanadium Beam effect from the Monsarmor Option Parts Set, replacing the Gomora Armor parts. As said, Ultraman X still can utilize the armors from the original figure and the add-on set.
