Hiroyuki Misawa (三沢 広之 Misawa Hiroyuki) was a member of TLT's memory police but fell under the control of the Unknown Hand to host Dark Mephisto Zwei.

History

Ultraman Nexus

Originally, Hiroyuki was just a normal member of TLT's Memory Police, a group of people who erased the memory of Beast attacks from anyone outside the organization. It is unknown what kind of person he was, but to be a Deunamist it is implied that person would be willing to take up the mantle of Ultraman and not be corrupted by the power.

Hiroyuki was at one point seen tailing Kazuki Komon twice, once during his leave and absent and the second time during his abrupt departure, both times during his depression. One time was to protect him from Mizorogi (which he failed) and the other time to bring him in for a memory wipe (which he also failed).

During the time of the third Denuamist, Ren Senjyu, he captured Mizorogi, regained his memories and escaped taking another member of the memory police captive. He tailed them only to be met by someone he knew, to his surprise he was attacked in some manner.

Hiroyuki showed himself to have been taken over by the darkness and turned into Dark Mephisto Zwei. Ultraman Nexus came to the scene and the two began their battle first on the ground and then the air. Mephisto Zwei proved too strong for the hero to handle and fast enough to keep up with the third Deunamist. Ren was kick into a cliff and pinned down as Zwei attempted to drain him dry of his energy. As Mephisto Zwei started to absorb Nexus's energy, Shinya morphed into Dark Mephisto and saved Nexus. Mephisto appeared to have the upper hand as he fought Mephisto Zwei until he was impaled with the impostor's version of the Mephisto Claw. As his dying action Mephisto held Mephisto Zwei in place for Nexus to use the Arrow-Ray Storm to reduce the impostor to blue particles. As Zwei was destroyed, Hiroyuki also died from Zwei's destruction.
