Ittetsu Shibukawa is one of the main characters in Ultraman Orb, and the uncle of Naomi Yumeno. He is the captain of VTL's Special Intelligence Unit.

Weapons
- Pistol: He has a revolver like pistol that can fire both standard bullets from it and shots that resemble electric charges. The shots are weak enough to be deflected by Slimtonium, but are powerful enough to ignite an oil barrel in one shot.
