Kaiprose (ケプルス - Kepurusu) is a monster that appeared in the TV series, Ultraman Max. He appeared in episode 37.

Powers/AbilitiesEdit

• Phase: Kaiprose can disappear and reappear according to his master's commands.
• Cresent Blasts: Kaiprose can fire orange, cresent-shaped blasts from the horn on his head.
• Reformation: Being made of light, Kaiprose can reform his entire body should it be destroyed by a light-based attack.

HistoryEdit

Kaiprose was a monster sent by his master, Alien Saturn to rid Japan of its light so that way it may see the beauty of the night sky again. Kaiprose appeared one night on a blue moon in the middle of the city, obeying his master wishes by destroying several light-filled buildings. DASH however was quick on the scene and frightened the monster away by using flares. Kaiprose later returned to accompany his Alien Saturn and a goaded but conflicted Mizuki of DASH back to Alien Saturn's planet. DASH however caught wind of Kaiprose's appearance and faced the monster yet again. Kaiprose however was determined to follow his masters wishes and this time faced DASH more fiercely. When Kaito learned that Mizuki was with Alien Saturn inside a planetarium, he transformed into Ultraman Max to face Kaiprose himself. The battle seemed evenly matched until Kaiprose was able to reform after being him by Max's Maximum Cannon and thus the tides of battle shifted to the monster's. However once Mizuki convinced Alien Saturn that she and the people of Earth had shown more respect for the stars than what he had previously believed, a convinced Alien Saturn ordered Kaiprose to stop fighting and together both master and monster left the Earth peacefully.
