Zone Fighter

I am not sure wether this is the right wiki to ask for but would anybody else consider him to be some sort of lost Ultra or simply just an Ultra nobody recognizes. Based on my observations, he sort of resembles Ultraman in size and a bit on appearance. I just want to hear what people think about this and wether he should be considered part of the Ultra family since his official page on the WIKIZILLA doesn't have much information and it really isn't appreciated much. Perhaps somebody may know something extra on here.
