So, as we know the generals in Kaiser Belial's army, Iaron and Darkgone, are based off of the Mirrorman and Jumborg Ace enemies Iron and Antigone. And the Legionoids seem to just be weapons of mass destruction, but I found these pictures on a Japanese forum, at least I think it was a forum, and think that the Legionoids are based off of the Fireman enemy robot Baranda V.
