Veranda Entertainment LLC is a California-based company. It is affiliated with Golden Media Group, a company to which UMC Corporation licensee TIGA Entertainment Company, LTD worked to distribute the Ultra Series in the US. [1]
When Veranda attempted to upload several episodes of Ultraman to YouTube, Tsuburaya Productions had them removed on charge of copyright violations.[2] This triggered UMC to attack legally TsuPro. on charge of distribution rights agreement violations.[3]
